Location: Remote within Europe. Relocation support is available for candidates currently located outside of Europe.

What you will do

• Administer the HubSpot portal, managing daily configuration, user permissions, and overall system health.
• Translate business requirements into complex workflows, custom properties, and automated sequences.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of HubSpot projects from scoping and stakeholder alignment to technical implementation.
• Conduct data-driven portal audits and implement optimizations to streamline workflows and resolve strategic deficits.
• Enable 200+ global users through training and comprehensive documentation to ensure platform adoption.
• Maintain system architecture and data integrity via proactive clean-ups, de-duplication, and monitoring.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on, multi-Hub admin experience at scale within paid versions of HubSpot Sales, Marketing, or Operations Hubs.
• Fluent English (C1+) written and spoken communication skills for an international environment.
• Proficiency in using Miro for process mapping and Notion for project management.
• Proven ability to manage technical projects independently and handle stakeholder expectations.
• Must be based in Europe or be eligible/willing to relocate to Europe.

Nice to have

• HubSpot certifications in Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, or Operations Hub.
