What you will do

• Manage full-cycle accounting operations, including AP, AR, general ledger, billing, and payroll.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and cash flow forecasts.
• Ensure strict compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal financial policies.
• Develop, implement, and improve financial controls and procedures.
• Collaborate with executives and coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall experience in accounting, financial management, or controllership.
• Proven experience working with U.S.-based companies.
• Ability to overlap and work during Central Standard Time (CST) business hours.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
