Compensation: USD 100K–150K Annual Base Pay (Net) + Competitive Commissions

What you will do
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the U.S. client base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within key sectors, including renewable energy and professional services.
- Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to proposal development and deal closing.
- Guide and mentor junior sales associates in lead generation and client prospecting efforts.
- Oversee CRM usage in HubSpot to maintain data accuracy and provide revenue forecasts to leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within staffing, outsourcing, or offshoring.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proven record of achieving revenue targets and managing long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency with HubSpot or other CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication with a deep understanding of U.S. business dynamics.

- Background in leading distributed or international sales teams.
