TL;DR

Compensation: USD 100K–150K Annual Base Pay (Net) + Competitive Commissions

hirify.global is expanding its footprint across the U.S. market, focusing on driving business growth and high-value client acquisition.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the U.S. client base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within key sectors, including renewable energy and professional services.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to proposal development and deal closing.
  • Guide and mentor junior sales associates in lead generation and client prospecting efforts.
  • Oversee CRM usage in HubSpot to maintain data accuracy and provide revenue forecasts to leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within staffing, outsourcing, or offshoring.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proven record of achieving revenue targets and managing long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or other CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive).
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication with a deep understanding of U.S. business dynamics.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling services within renewable energy, real estate, or professional services sectors.
  • Background in leading distributed or international sales teams.
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and presentation skills.
