Strategic Business Development Manager (SaaS): Lead and scale BDR function to drive pipeline generation by coaching high-performing teams and refining prospecting strategies with an accent on cross-functional partnerships with Sales and Marketing. Focus on building processes, messaging, and programs that generate consistent high-quality pipeline and improve funnel conversion.

Salary: $140,000 – $160,000 OTE

What you will do
- Train BDR team to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities
- Coach and provide feedback in weekly 1:1s to improve team performance
- Plan hiring and onboarding of new BDRs
- Collaborate with Demand Gen on MQLs and campaigns, and with Sales on opportunity management
- Develop messaging with Marketing and Sales for inbound and outbound pipeline
- Present performance reports, forecasts, and manage team compensation
Requirements
- 5-7 years in BDR management as player-coach, leading and growing teams
- Track record achieving lead gen quotas in enterprise B2B SaaS/technology sales
- Hands-on experience with prospecting techniques and channels
- Experience with CRM, Chat, Marketing Automation, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, data tools
- Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills to executives
