TL;DR

Head of Sales and Business Development (Professional Services): Managing inbound lead flow and driving growth within the Family Office and PE ecosystems with an accent on consultative sales and strategic business development. Focus on scaling the sales function, optimizing CRM pipelines in Hubspot, and expanding the client base among $10M+ revenue businesses.

Location: Must be U.S. based (100% remote, with travel required 4-6 times per year)

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 base, $200,000 - $300,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Lead and own the full sales process from discovery calls to closing proposals and transitioning clients to delivery.
  • Drive strategic business development in the Family Office, Independent Sponsor, and Lower-Middle Market PE ecosystems.
  • Manage and improve sales data hygiene, forecasting, and tracking within Hubspot.
  • Establish the foundation for a scalable sales function by documenting processes and refining messaging.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to align sales efforts with company-wide growth goals.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 7+ years of proven success in consultative professional services sales, preferably in accounting.
  • 3+ years of leadership or management experience overseeing a sales team.
  • Track record of building relationships with SMBs and Lower Middle Market businesses and their advisors.
  • Fluency with Hubspot and experience managing campaigns and pipelines in a CRM.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field preferred.
