What you will do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive channel strategy for the UK and Europe.
- Recruit and onboard high-potential partners, including VARs, system integrators, and distributors.
- Design and deliver training and certification programs to empower partners with product knowledge and sales methodologies.
- Collaborate with partners on joint business plans, marketing campaigns, and demand generation.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement incentive programs to exceed revenue targets.
- Identify growth opportunities in AI, cloud migration, and data-intensive workloads.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK.
- 10+ years of strong sales track record in the channel, with 5+ years focusing on UK & Europe markets.
- Proven success in building and scaling channel programs for enterprise software, storage, or IT infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of UK & Europe sales dynamics and familiarity with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- English fluency is required; additional European languages are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Experience with partner ecosystems in storage or data management.
- Bilingual skills in English and German.
- MBA or professional certifications such as Channel Sales Professional.
