What you will do
- Lead direct agency growth by securing long-term, high-value contracts and exceeding revenue targets.
- Track KPIs, provide strategic insights to refine UK sales methodology, and boost agency engagement.
- Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to iterate Adtech stack based on UK market trends and client feedback.
- Develop tailored advertising solutions aligned with client objectives and ’s capabilities.
- Identify new business opportunities and define UK demand-side strategy in line with global objectives.
Requirements
- Solid track record in agency-side or demand-side sales within Adtech/Digital Advertising sector (London market experience vital).
- Proven ability to design custom solutions and influence product strategy based on market feedback.
- Comfortable using data insights and market research to refine value propositions.
- Team player thriving in cross-functional environments valuing collective success.
- Strategic thinker with AI-native reflex for deconstructing business complexity into operational blueprints.
