What you will do

  • Prospect, develop, and close new business via direct sales to enterprises and channel partners in UK&I, hitting revenue targets.
  • Build and manage relationships with key channel partners/ecosystems for co-selling and indirect revenue.
  • Maintain sales pipeline from direct and partner sources, reporting to senior management.
  • Architect cloud-based network solutions using hirify.global products and partner ecosystems (AWS, Azure, Cisco, etc.).
  • Research prospects' business drivers and collaborate on go-to-market strategies.
  • Act as primary interface for channel partners while executing direct outreach campaigns.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in enterprise solution sales, consistently meeting/exceeding targets.
  • Experience in hybrid sales (direct + channel partners).
  • Technical knowledge of data networking, cloud computing, VPN.
  • Strong consultative selling, communication, prospecting, qualifying, closing skills.
  • Self-starter able to create go-to-market strategies; comfortable in remote global environment with up to 30% travel.
  • NSP/MSP background favorable; cultural fit with customer-centric values.
