Head of Marketing (Growth/Funnels): Scaling a global marketing brand by owning the lead generation engine and conversion funnels with an accent on paid acquisition, CRO, and content strategy. Focus on optimizing CAC, increasing qualified call volume, and building high-converting self-liquidating offer funnels.

What you will do

  • Own and optimize cold traffic strategies across Meta, Google, and YouTube to scale qualified call volume and improve CAC.
  • Build and refine conversion funnels (VSL, paid webinars, SLO) using HubSpot and GA4.
  • Develop multi-channel campaigns across email, LinkedIn, JV partners, and influencers to drive inbound demand.
  • Lead a creative team consisting of a videographer, copywriter, VA, and RevOps via Notion sprints.
  • Implement HubSpot and Zapier/Make automations to improve lead routing and nurture-to-booking conversion.
  • Manage the monthly marketing budget and analyze performance using P&L trackers and Hyros.

Requirements

  • HubSpot Power User: Expert-level skills in automations, segmentation, dashboards, and landing page building.
  • Paid Acquisition Competency: Proven experience running and optimizing paid campaigns with direct CAC responsibility.
  • Funnel Architecture & CRO: Skilled in diagnosing leaks, improving conversion, and building SLO funnels.
  • Analytics Mastery: Fluent in GA4, Hyros, and platform-specific attribution dashboards.
  • Technical Fluency: Experience with Zapier/Make and workflow logic.
  • Communication: High-level messaging strategy and editing skills, with experience collaborating with strong-willed founders.
