What you will do

• Own and scale paid acquisition across Meta, Google, Amazon, and other relevant channels.
• Manage advertising budgets and optimize CAC, ROAS, and overall marketing efficiency.
• Manage external agencies and marketing partners, evaluating performance and sourcing new vendors.
• Build and scale the performance marketing function as the company grows.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Paid Acquisition roles.
• Fluent English and Russian.
• Proven track record of managing and scaling significant advertising budgets.
• Deep expertise in paid media platforms, attribution, analytics, and conversion optimization.
• Experience working across international markets, particularly the US, EU, and UK.

Nice to have

• Experience with Amazon advertising and marketplace ecosystems.
• Experience with Kickstarter, crowdfunding, or product launch campaigns.
