What you will do

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements with customers, vendors, and partners.
• Develop and evolve contracting frameworks for government and public sector customers, including regulatory and procurement requirements.
• Support partner-led and channel transactions, including negotiating flowdown terms with resellers.
• Provide practical, solution-oriented legal support to Sales, Finance, Product, and Security teams.
• Maintain contract templates, playbooks, and deliver enablement training for GTM stakeholders.
• Identify and implement scalable improvements to contracting processes, workflows, and tools.

Requirements

• Qualified to practice law in the United States.
• 5+ years of in-house experience at a SaaS or fast-growth technology company.
• Hands-on experience with government and public sector SaaS transactions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex legal concepts.
• Ability to prioritize and balance expectations within internationally distributed teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with contracting tools such as Ironclad and DocuSign.
• Familiarity with FedRAMP, NIST frameworks, or government cybersecurity compliance.
• Demonstrated interest or experience using AI tools in a legal or operational setting.
• Experience supporting channel partner transactions and systems integrator agreements.
