What you will do

• Act as commercial legal partner to Growth, Operations, and Procurement on customer/supplier engagements.
• Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts to close deals efficiently.
• Advise on risk allocation, pricing, liability, and protections in agreements.
• Support go-to-market and procurement with scalable contracting practices.
• Handle data protection/compliance in contracts.
• Develop commercial templates, playbooks, and guidelines for faster negotiations.

Requirements

• J.D. (or equivalent) with admission to practice in at least one U.S. state (or common law jurisdiction).
• 5+ years at top-tier law firm and/or in-house counsel.
• Strong experience negotiating B2B SaaS agreements and supporting commercial teams.
• Strong legal judgment for independent decisions.
• Experience with corporate matters and complex commercial agreements.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environment, working across time zones independently.

• Experience in data privacy, IT security, or corporate law.
