Salary: $204,000 — $280,500 USD

What you will do

• Draft and negotiate outbound SaaS master subscription agreements, NDAs, and SOWs for large, strategic enterprise accounts.
• Provide daily legal support to sales and internal clients, ensuring prompt and effective responses to legal requests.
• Collaborate with revenue recognition, deal desk, and privacy/security teams to align agreements with internal policies.
• Advise on legal risks and strategic courses of action for complex commercial issues.
• Maintain and improve standard legal templates, playbooks, and policies related to commercial transactions.
• Contribute to go-to-market tasks and other strategic legal projects as required.

Requirements

• 7+ years of transactional legal experience negotiating enterprise-level technology and SaaS agreements.
• 4+ years of in-house experience with a large technology vendor providing transactional legal support.
• Proven experience supporting large strategic accounts in North America, especially in finance, banking, and healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS business models, revenue recognition, and data privacy frameworks.
• J.D. from a highly-regarded school and active bar admission.
• Ability to manage multiple complex deals in a fast-paced, fiscal quarter-driven environment.
