What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to business teams on all commercial matters, providing proactive and solution-oriented guidance.
• Draft and negotiate a variety of transactions, including B2B enterprise, SaaS sales, strategic partnerships, and vendor agreements.
• Manage multiple legal projects with limited oversight in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Partner with Global Business Group, Business Development, and Product organizations to drive deal execution.
• Communicate legal risks clearly and work collaboratively with stakeholders to find viable business solutions.

Requirements

• J.D. degree and membership in a state bar in good standing.
• 5 - 8 years of relevant experience, including significant experience as in-house counsel.
• Proven experience negotiating and drafting SaaS and Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
• Must be based in the United States.
• Demonstrated ability to balance business objectives with legal risk management.
