What you will do

• Manage end-to-end purchase order processing using HubSpot, Maxio, and internal platforms.
• Prepare and deliver accurate customer quotes for renewals and expansions.
• Process and issue invoices through designated billing platforms.
• Maintain and audit customer records across CRM and subscription systems to ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate the filing of reseller agreements and handle operational inquiries.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in sales operations, contract administration, or subscription management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Experience with CRM and billing tools such as HubSpot, Maxio, Salesforce, Chargebee, or Zuora.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be able to report onsite in Pasig City as required.
