What you will do

• Handle inbound inquiries and outbound calls to help people find and book rooms.
• Guide members through the process, answer questions, and assist with bookings.
• Follow up on leads via phone, SMS, and email for applications, payments, or documents.
• Track and update records in CRM tools like HubSpot or Zendesk.
• Deliver professional, empathetic service to build member confidence.
• Meet daily/weekly goals for connections, bookings, and quality.
• Collaborate with team to share insights and improve experiences.

Requirements

• 2+ years call center or sales experience handling inbound/outbound calls
• Strong organization and self-management for remote work balancing multiple channels
• Customer-centric mindset with clear, empathetic communication
• Comfortable with CRM and communication tools
• Goal-oriented with ability to improve via feedback and data
• Adaptable in fast-paced, evolving environment
