TL;DR

Business Development Admin Marketing VA (Accounting Software): Managing outreach and client engagement for an accounting software business with an accent on lead generation and product demo scheduling. Focus on connecting with accounting firms, qualifying leads, and managing CRM workflows.

Location: Must be based in the Philippines and available to work Adelaide business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday).

Compensation: $1,500-2,000 AUD / Monthly

What you will do

  • Conduct outreach to accounting firms via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Qualify leads and schedule product demos with potential clients
  • Follow up with prospects after demos to maintain engagement and move deals forward
  • Manage CRM records to ensure data accuracy and timeliness
  • Provide general administrative and basic marketing support (email campaigns, content updates)
  • Collaborate with the team to improve outreach strategies and processes

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in business development or sales support
  • Experience working with or selling SaaS, preferably in accounting or finance
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills
  • Proficiency in Xero and understanding of Australian accounting firm processes
  • Must be based in the Philippines and able to work Adelaide business hours
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently

Nice to have

  • Experience with HubSpot, Clandestine, and MailChimp
  • Proven track record in lead generation and follow-ups
