What you will do
- Provide support to Sales team by creating and drafting quotes for CMS, CW products, distributor partners, and one-time revenue.
- Manage and dispatch Quote Desk, Downgrades & Cancellation, and Renewals boards as instructed.
- Process renewal quotes outside Renewal Manager’s scope, including distributor quotes, and handle downgrades with approvals.
- Create quotes for special projects like SKU swaps, cleanups, contract alignments from various stakeholders.
- Enable Sales organization through process education, quoting insights, and training on quoting knowledge.
- Provide monthly/weekly forecasts and coordinate approvals from senior leadership.
Requirements
- Ability to perform routine procedures with limited supervision and excellent customer service skills.
- Strong team player able to build collaborative relationships and prioritize workload under strict deadlines.
- Clear communication with colleagues including executives, proactive with sense of urgency.
- Quoting experience in IT-related industry preferred.
- 2+ years in relevant field; experience in Managed Services, Sales Development, or Account Management preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint), Outreach preferred.
