What you will do

• Create project charters, manage scope, priorities, and expectations for medical imaging projects.
• Lead day-to-day activities, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and track progress to ensure on-time delivery.
• Act as point of contact, facilitate problem-solving for complex systems, and coordinate schedules with milestones.
• Identify risks, develop action plans, escalate issues, and provide leadership to customers and project teams.
• Forecast project timelines and revenue, use governance tools like status reports and risk logs.
• Design workflows, deliver presentations to stakeholders, and handle project closure with customer acknowledgment.

Requirements

• Must be located in Australia for remote work
• Bachelor's degree.
• Project management experience; specific knowledge of PACS/medical imaging required.
• Technologically proficient; understanding of medical imaging challenges and clinical workflows.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, scope of work writing, and forecasting.
• Strong organizational, customer service, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing and supporting healthcare IT software solutions.
• Knowledge of hospital systems integrating with hirify.global solutions.
• CIIP certification.
• Knowledge of Basecamp project management tool.
