What you will do

• Lead the full go-live process, including setup, training, and initial post-launch support.
• Own the onboarding journey from initial calls and documentation to final execution.
• Collaborate with clients and commercial teams to align operational needs with the product dashboard.
• Develop and deliver tailored training programs to ensure successful client implementation.
• Oversee reservation transfers and coordinate with internal teams for accuracy.
• Provide hands-on training and support during on-site go-lives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a SaaS project management or similar client-facing role.
• Must have valid working rights in Australia (Citizenship, PR, or valid visa with 2.5+ years remaining).
• Strong skills in client communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, specifically Sheets and PowerPoint.
• Comfort traveling up to 3 months per year.
• Experience working with larger, complex business clients.
