What you will do

• Manage marketing projects for strategic priorities, product launches, and campaigns, creating execution plans with milestones, timelines, and dependencies.
• Track progress using Jira and dashboards, maintain program status, and lead weekly syncs and executive updates.
• Coordinate launches and campaigns, supporting Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Brand, Comms, and Field teams.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing Operations, Finance, and Customer Success for alignment and visibility.
• Identify risks early, escalate issues, remove blockers, and improve project management practices.

Requirements

• Highly organised, detail-oriented with strong ownership and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communicator who brings solutions and structure to fast-changing environments.
• Confident using Jira for tracking, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
• Program management or operations experience supporting cross-functional teams.
• Bias toward action, care for quality, and experience in high-growth environments preferred.
