What you will do
- Guide existing customers through the conversion renewal sales cycle from initial contact to closing complex transactions.
- Resolve customer issues that may prevent them from maintaining their relationship with the company.
- Communicate the value proposition and negotiate pricing for suitable growth solutions.
- Generate and follow up on custom software renewal quotes.
- Manage and maintain accurate customer and pipeline records within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share customer feedback and improve the overall experience.
Requirements
- Strong passion for sales and a results-oriented, customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in analytical thinking and problem-solving.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be located in or able to work from Charlotte, North Carolina.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of subscription models, Perpetual Support, SaaS, and cloud technologies.
- Previous experience working with NetSuite and/or Salesforce.
