What you will do

• Support the annual and mid-year target-setting process for Relationship Managers and Sales Heads.
• Design and back-test financial KPI scorecards including NNM, Revenue, and CIR metrics.
• Develop and maintain automated BI dashboards in Tableau, PowerBI, or QlikView to track sales pipeline and client retention.
• Build predictive models to forecast payout structures and identify at-risk clients or high-propensity prospects.
• Prepare weekly/monthly traction reports and Business Review decks for senior management forums.
• Act as a team ORP representative, coordinating with the COO Operational Risk Partner.

Requirements

• Must be based in Singapore (Hybrid).
• 5-8+ years of experience in business analytics within Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Premier Banking.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Data Science, Finance, or Economics.
• Mastery of SQL for data extraction and Python/R for advanced statistical analysis.
• Expert-level proficiency in Tableau, PowerBI, or QlikView.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VBA/Macros and Power Pivot.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with financial databases like Bloomberg or Refinitiv.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
