What you will do
- Lead team in developing and delivering trade communications tailored for physical stores, e-commerce, and third-party partners across B2C and B2B.
- Design bespoke marketing solutions for external partners like Uber, DoorDash, AfterPay and drive B2B expansion.
- Ensure cohesive brand experience across omnichannel ecosystem aligned with brand vision.
- Partner with Merchandise, Operations, and Retail Media to ground trade activities in commercial opportunities.
- Collaborate on go-to-market strategies for adjacent categories and advocate for customer-first initiatives.
- Manage A&P budget, use performance metrics to optimize spend, and mentor marketing team.
Requirements
- 10+ years in marketing, preferably high-volume retail or fast-paced industries.
- Experience developing channel-specific strategies across physical and digital touchpoints.
- Strong commercial acumen, managing complex partnerships and delivering revenue outcomes.
- Experience as strategic interface for Retail Media and suppliers.
- Strategic thinking to translate brand architecture into retail trade.
- People leadership, coaching high-performance teams; tertiary qualifications in related field.
