TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Singapore (Monday and Friday remote, Tuesday-Thursday on-site)

What you will do
- Provide primary operational support for the Account Management team, managing publisher account settings and inventory structures.
- Execute technical setups, including tag generation and seat mapping, while maintaining account health trackers.
- Perform technical troubleshooting for integration issues such as VAST/VPAID errors and header bidding discrepancies.
- Monitor OTT/CTV/Video supply to identify and flag revenue anomalies, fill rates, or bid density drops.
- Generate recurring performance reports and transform raw data into formatted decks for client presentations.
- Oversee the onboarding checklist for new publishers to ensure a smooth transition from Sales to Live Production.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in the online digital advertising space (publishers, agencies, SSPs/DSPs, and exchange platforms).
- Solid understanding of ad-decisioning and programmatic monetization workflows.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, especially Google Sheets and Excel.
- Must be based in Singapore to adhere to the hybrid work schedule.
- Proficiency in at least one of: Mandarin, Thai, Malay/Bahasa Malaysia, or Vietnamese.
Nice to have
- Experience with publisher ad tech (Ad serving, SSP, Mediation, DMP).
- Experience working in Salesforce.
