What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from intake meetings with hiring managers to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and various niche job boards.
  • Conduct structured behavioral and competency-based interviews to evaluate skills and cultural fit.
  • Manage the entire candidate journey, ensuring timely feedback and a professional brand experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine job descriptions, success profiles, and hiring strategies.
  • Track and report on key recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill and source effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, JazzHR, or iCIMS.
  • Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
  • Availability to work during U.S. client business hours.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

  • Agency or high-volume recruiting background.
  • Industry experience in SaaS, finance, professional services, or property management.
  • Knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements.
