TL;DR

Sr. Recruiter (Cybersecurity): Rebuilding and scaling the Talent Acquisition function to attract top talent across engineering, product, and sales roles with an accent on strategic partnership and process optimization. Focus on developing scalable recruiting frameworks, building robust talent pipelines, and enhancing candidate experience in a high-growth environment.

Location: Must be based in the US (indicated by US-specific benefits)

Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 + bonus

What you will do

  • Partner with HRBPs and executives to align recruitment strategies with business objectives and market trends.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for sales, technical, engineering, and corporate functions.
  • Execute comprehensive sourcing strategies leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and market mapping.
  • Establish scalable recruiting processes, workflows, and TA metrics using Greenhouse ATS.
  • Manage complex offer negotiations, compensation benchmarking, and international employment considerations.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to deliver a best-in-class, transparent candidate experience.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive recruitment experience supporting technical, sales, and corporate roles.
  • Proven track record of recruiting across all levels (IC to senior leadership) in fast-paced tech environments.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with an ATS, specifically Greenhouse.
  • Expert sourcing skills and ability to build robust talent pipelines.
  • Strong business acumen to translate talent decisions into organizational impact.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US (required for 401k, FSA, and US-only benefits).

Nice to have

  • Experience recruiting within cybersecurity, network security, or enterprise SaaS companies.
  • Familiarity with compensation benchmarking tools such as Radford.
  • Knowledge of international hiring laws and visa processes.
