Salary: $210,000 - $245,000 + 20% Bonus

What you will do

• Own and execute the company's data strategy and roadmap aligned with product and business priorities.
• Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing teams across Data Engineering, Analytics, and Data Science.
• Establish operating rhythms, KPIs, and success metrics to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of data initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and executive leadership to align data investments with business objectives.
• Manage data governance, quality, privacy, and compliance across the organization.
• Oversee vendor relationships, budgets, and resourcing plans.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data, analytics, or platform roles, with at least 5+ years in leadership.
• Proven track record of scaling data organizations within SaaS or high-growth environments.
• Strong technical credibility with modern data platforms, specifically Snowflake or Databricks.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and distributed teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to align technical teams and executives.
• Eligibility to work in the US (required for 401k and US-based benefits)
