TL;DR
Director Business Systems (NetSuite/Salesforce): Lead global NetSuite and Salesforce ecosystems owning full lifecycle from strategy to administration with an accent on Lead-to-Cash processes including CPQ, CLM, AR/AP automation, PLM, and billing. Focus on architecting scalable solutions, managing integrations with Boomi and Snowflake, leading global teams, and optimizing workflows across Finance, Sales Ops, and Supply Chain.
Location: Remote (US, Pacific Time Zone); San Diego, CA option
Salary: $120,000–$165,000

What you will do
- Serve as SME and strategic owner for NetSuite ERP and Salesforce CRM, architecting scalable Lead-to-Cash solutions.
- Define platform standards, governance, integration patterns, and technical roadmaps balancing short-term delivery and long-term scalability.
- Lead global team across NA, LATAM, EU; set performance expectations, coach, hire, and build collaborative culture.
- Drive end-to-end implementations, enhancements, data migrations, testing, deployments, and change management.
- Optimize workflows in Finance, Sales Ops, Supply Chain, PLM; ensure compliance, build reporting and analytics.
- Own system health, releases, user administration, vendor management, and backlog prioritization.
Requirements
- 7+ years in Business Systems or IT
- Deep expertise in NetSuite or Salesforce (both preferred); proven success leading complex implementations
- 3+ years managing global teams
- Experience with Lead-to-Cash (CPQ, CLM, billing); integration platforms (Boomi preferred)
- NetSuite: SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, ARM, multi-subsidiary; Salesforce: Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, Apex, LWC
- Integration: REST/SOAP APIs, iPaaS; Data: Snowflake or similar; Agile/Scrum, Jira/Asana
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder influence, organizational change in fast-paced environments
