Remote in the United States or hybrid in American Fork, UT office 2-3 days per week. Not hiring in Alaska, Delaware, Hawaii, Louisiana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Vermont, West Virginia, Washington DC, Puerto Rico, or other US Territories.

$260,000 - $375,000 + bonus

What you will do

• Oversee North American software development, delivering scalable, secure, high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Define and execute technology strategy balancing short-term delivery and long-term innovation, including AI transformations.
• Collaborate with architecture, security, DevOps, product, and business stakeholders to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Manage technology budgets, governance, compliance, and investments with focus on ROI and strategic impact.
• Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams, promoting collaboration, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.
• Engage stakeholders to enhance product innovation, system reliability, performance, and customer experience.

Requirements

• 15–20 years technical experience in software R&D, with 5-7 years in senior software development leadership
• Proven success leading large-scale software initiatives
• Deep expertise in software design, system engineering, data engineering, cloud platforms, and quality assurance
• Strong strategic, organizational, and communication skills to influence executives and stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
• Travel up to 25% domestic and international
