What you will do

• Lead a team of solution engineers serving as core product introduction, evaluation, and education experts.
• Partner with sales leadership to achieve regional quota targets and set the go-to-market strategy for the territory.
• Translate complex customer problems into simple, winning cloud solutions through demonstrations, labs, and POCs.
• Represent the team's needs by escalating customer feedback and product obstacles to executive staff.
• Manage the full talent lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates.
• Act as a player/coach, delivering compelling technical presentations to both technical and executive audiences.

Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience in pre-sales or engineering.
• 2+ years of direct front-line management experience (hiring, training, and retaining talent).
• Expertise in Data Warehousing, Data Engineering, Data Science, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and/or Cloud Computing.
• Ability to connect specific customer mission problems to technical solutions.
• University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• Must be based in the United States (specifically NY, CA, or TX).
