What you will do

• Act as trusted advisor to C-suite, uncovering challenges and demonstrating Data & AI possibilities tied to outcomes.
• Translate business needs into value-driven solutions, guide delivery, and support pre-sales business cases.
• Provide technical oversight on AI architecture, MLOps, and best practices across engagements.
• Drive growth by shaping opportunities, co-selling with partners like AWS, and defining go-to-market strategies.
• Evolve Data & AI propositions, thought leadership, and internal training programs.
• Mentor engineers, contribute to recruitment, and shape US AI practice foundation.

Requirements

• Must reside on the East Coast (NY/NJ, Atlanta, Charlotte, or South Florida).
• 10-15 years in technology/consulting, 6+ years in Data & AI delivery for enterprise clients.
• Proven leadership in AI/data programs with production impact, architecture reviews, and system design.
• Deep expertise in AWS (Bedrock, SageMaker), Snowflake, technology-agnostic solutioning.
• Strong commercial skills, stakeholder management, communication for engineers and executives.
• Experience coaching teams across geographies, using metrics/OKRs for outcomes.
