TL;DR

Regional Sales Director (SaaS): Leading and scaling a team of Regional Sales Managers to drive revenue growth in the automotive software sector with an accent on new business acquisition and account expansion. Location: Remote (must live within the assigned US Eastern sales region). Travel requirements: Up to 50% regional travel.

Salary: Base $198,000/yr, OTE $330,000/yr+.

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6+ quota-carrying sellers across the assigned region.
  • Own the regional sales targets and ensure consistent achievement or overachievement of quotas.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Customer Success to drive pipeline and retention.
  • Hire, onboard, and train new managers to ensure productivity within their first 90 days.
  • Manage weekly forecast calls, track performance metrics, and drive deal strategy for key accounts.
  • Maintain operational excellence across CRM/Lead systems and activity metrics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing high-performing SaaS sales teams at the enterprise or mid-market level.
  • 7+ years of automotive software sales experience.
  • Must be based in the Eastern US sales region.
  • Proven track record of leading teams to exceed quotas in high-velocity environments.
  • Strong understanding of solution selling methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or SPIN.
  • Proficiency with Sugar CRM, HubSpot, and Google Suite.
