Salary: Base $198,000/yr, OTE $330,000/yr+.

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6+ quota-carrying sellers across the assigned region.
- Own the regional sales targets and ensure consistent achievement or overachievement of quotas.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Customer Success to drive pipeline and retention.
- Hire, onboard, and train new managers to ensure productivity within their first 90 days.
- Manage weekly forecast calls, track performance metrics, and drive deal strategy for key accounts.
- Maintain operational excellence across CRM/Lead systems and activity metrics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing high-performing SaaS sales teams at the enterprise or mid-market level.
- 7+ years of automotive software sales experience.
- Must be based in the Eastern US sales region.
- Proven track record of leading teams to exceed quotas in high-velocity environments.
- Strong understanding of solution selling methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or SPIN.
- Proficiency with Sugar CRM, HubSpot, and Google Suite.
