What you will do

• Lead client relationships from onboarding through optimization.
• Serve as a UKG Ready subject matter expert to drive adoption and best practices.
• Troubleshoot HRIS, payroll, and compliance issues unique to the senior living industry.
• Collaborate internally to improve service delivery and client outcomes.
• Partner with clients to ensure high satisfaction and long-term retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in client or account management.
• Minimum 3 years of HR-related experience (payroll, benefits, HRIS).
• Proven experience in UKG Ready configuration and optimization.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participant).

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience working with senior living providers.
• Experience with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
• Prior experience in PEO or HR Shared Services.
