Salary: Zone 1 $96,320 - $113,280 USD; Zone 2 $86,688 - $101,952 USD; Zone 3 $86,688 - $101,952 USD; Zone 4 $77,056 - $90,624 USD

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of high-priority client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact
- Build and maintain relationships with global stakeholders including HR executives and consultants
- Define and execute custom program strategies integrating into clients' benefits offerings
- Drive engagement with mental wellness programs and convert clients into champions and references
- Lead global account meetings, QBRs/ABRs, and use data tools like Looker, Gainsight, Salesforce for insights
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, Sales, and Clinical Care teams to advocate for clients
Requirements
- Fluency in English required; additional languages a plus
- 6+ years managing client relationships or selling to HR leaders in B2B tech; employer benefits/healthcare experience a strong plus
- Proven success managing 30+ customers autonomously, achieving high retention, adoption, renewals, and expansions
- Strong analytical skills with tools like Salesforce, Gainsight, Looker for client health and recommendations
- Experience leading QBRs/ABRs, objection handling, and strategic advising
- Flexible in fast-paced environments with bias towards action, coachability, and mission alignment in mental wellness
