What you will do

• Manage day-to-day client relationships, support issue resolution, and deliver product enhancements.
• Lead Client Business Reviews to highlight ROI and outline future account strategies.
• Conduct periodic Workflow Assessments and present recommendations to leadership.
• Partner with Support, Product, and Development teams to resolve service tickets.
• Support contract renewals and execute revenue retention and attrition-avoidance strategies.
• Identify cross-sell, upsell, and expansion opportunities in collaboration with the Regional Sales Director.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of experience in the healthcare IT industry.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office products.
• Solid understanding of the Healthcare Revenue Cycle.
• Must reside in the Eastern time zone.
• Ability to travel approximately 25-30%.
