Salary: $123,000 – $145,000

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle for a book of business, driving renewals through proactive planning and negotiation.
- Execute renewal strategies 90–120 days in advance to identify and mitigate risks.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders to align on success metrics and business outcomes.
- Monitor product usage and engagement to address adoption gaps and ensure ROI.
- Lead business reviews and strategic check-ins to reinforce value and find growth opportunities.
- Document account health and advocate for customer needs internally.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Customer Success or client-facing roles within B2B SaaS.
- Proven experience owning renewals and retention for Enterprise accounts.
- Strong commercial instincts for leading contract conversations.
- Ability to translate usage data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be based in San Francisco and work from the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

- Familiarity with CRM and CS platforms like Salesforce or Gainsight.
