Location: Hybrid: Must be based in San Francisco, CA (Office attendance required Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

Salary: $123,000 – $145,000

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle for a book of business, driving renewals through proactive planning and negotiation.
  • Execute renewal strategies 90–120 days in advance to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders to align on success metrics and business outcomes.
  • Monitor product usage and engagement to address adoption gaps and ensure ROI.
  • Lead business reviews and strategic check-ins to reinforce value and find growth opportunities.
  • Document account health and advocate for customer needs internally.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success or client-facing roles within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven experience owning renewals and retention for Enterprise accounts.
  • Strong commercial instincts for leading contract conversations.
  • Ability to translate usage data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must be based in San Francisco and work from the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Experience managing mid-market or enterprise accounts.
  • Familiarity with CRM and CS platforms like Salesforce or Gainsight.
