What you will do

• Lead provider and staff adoption planning for telehealth deployments at rural hospitals, clinics, and FQHCs.
• Develop training programs, super-user frameworks, and ongoing support workflows.
• Design and execute patient-facing communications campaigns to drive service utilization.
• Coordinate with platform partners such as Avel eCARE, Teladoc, and Amwell on rollout and connectivity.
• Track and report utilization, adoption, and satisfaction metrics to state governance.
• Manage relationships with rural broadband and IT vendors to ensure last-mile readiness.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of healthcare implementation or program management experience.
• At least 2 years of dedicated experience in telehealth.
• Direct experience deploying or supporting telehealth in rural or frontier settings.
• Strong project management skills; PMP or CHCIO certification is preferred.
• Ability to effectively translate requirements between clinical and technical teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% to rural client sites.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with tele-stroke, tele-ED, and pediatric virtual care models.
• Experience with peripheral device integration, such as digital stethoscopes and otoscopes.
• Prior experience working with State Offices of Rural Health or Critical Access Hospitals.
