TL;DR

Senior Director, Sales (SaaS): Leading growth across Latin America by managing a multi-disciplinary team and driving enterprise and channel sales with an accent on RFID, traceability, and AIDC technologies. Focus on building executive relationships, optimizing regional GTM strategy, and closing complex enterprise deals.

Location: Remote in LATAM (Preferred: Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico). Must live within one hour’s drive of a major airport.

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a diverse regional team to exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Act as executive sponsor and player-coach on complex enterprise pursuits, leading deal strategy and negotiation.
  • Enable and manage key channel partners to achieve joint pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Build and execute a regional business plan focused on new logo acquisition and account expansion.
  • Collaborate with inside sales, marketing, and product teams to refine GTM insights and win rates.
  • Evangelize the value proposition across industry events and executive briefings.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B software/SaaS sales experience with mid-market and enterprise customers.
  • 5+ years leading sales teams in a player-coach capacity.
  • Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
  • Experience selling RFID, traceability, and AIDC technologies via SaaS platforms.
  • Proven track record of overachievement in direct and channel sales motions.
  • MBA or equivalent professional experience.
