TL;DR
Partner Sales Manager (LATAM): Build and scale partner ecosystem across LATAM including Brazil and Mexico with an accent on driving partner-sourced pipeline, revenue growth, and strategic activation of VARs, SIs, MSPs. Focus on co-selling motions, executive relationships, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate deal velocity and win rates.
Location: Atlanta, Georgia, USA; Miami, Florida, USA. Flexible workforce model including fully office-based, fully remote, or hybrid. Visa sponsorship not available. Willingness to travel across LATAM required.
Salary: $190,000 - $237,000 USD (on-target earnings including commission)

What you will do
- Drive net-new pipeline through partner-sourced opportunities, deal registrations, and co-selling.
- Recruit and activate high-potential partners with observability, cloud, or DevOps practices.
- Build executive relationships to influence partner go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with AEs and partners early in sales cycles to accelerate deals.
- Coordinate sales and technical enablement for partner certification and confidence.
- Partner cross-functionally on campaigns, events, and initiatives; advocate for LATAM partners internally.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese (mandatory)
- 5+ years in channel sales, partnerships, or indirect sales, preferably SaaS/observability
- Proven track record building pipeline and driving revenue through partners
- Strong understanding of LATAM market dynamics, Brazil, and Spanish-speaking regions
- Experience with VARs, SIs, MSPs
- Willingness and ability to travel across LATAM
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Background in observability, DevOps, or infrastructure monitoring
- Co-sell environments or marketplace motions
- Familiarity with partner enablement tools and programs
