TL;DR
LATAM Sales Lead (Web3): Build and execute the full LATAM sales strategy from scratch, sourcing and closing deals with crypto exchanges, protocols, DeFi apps, TradFi institutions, payment companies, and compliance teams. Focus on defining ICP, territory mapping, pipeline generation, ecosystem relationships, event representation, and scaling the regional team.
Location: Remote from any location with 2 hours overlap on NYC mornings Mon-Thu 10am-12pm ET

What you will do
- Build and execute LATAM sales strategy including ICP definition, territory mapping, pipeline generation, deal execution, and revenue growth
- Source, qualify, and close deals with crypto exchanges, protocols, DeFi apps, TradFi institutions, payment companies, compliance teams, and analytics firms
- Develop relationships with ecosystem players like exchanges, VCs, accelerators, protocol foundations, and strategic partners
- Represent at LATAM crypto and fintech events and build community presence
- Collaborate with global GTM, Solution Engineering, and Customer Success teams
- Feed market intelligence to Product and leadership and define hiring plan for LATAM team
Requirements
- 7+ years B2B sales or BD experience, 3+ years in leadership or senior IC role, ideally in data infrastructure, developer tools, fintech, or SaaS
- Proven track record closing complex multi-stakeholder deals and building relationships with technical/executive buyers
- Deeply embedded in LATAM crypto, Web3, or fintech ecosystem
- Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese with strong English for internal collaboration
- Thrive in ambiguity, early-stage environments, ICP selection, outbound, pipeline management, and CRM rigor
- Experience with exchanges, L1/L2 protocols, DeFi apps, or TradFi institutions
