Enterprise Account Executive (LATAM): Drive net new business and expansion revenue for a converged AI productivity workspace with an accent on full-cycle enterprise SaaS sales, stakeholder consensus-building, and exceeding $1M+ quotas. Focus on penetrating high-value accounts, executing expansion playbooks, and delivering tailored demos to accelerate sales cycles.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $190K - $220K

What you will do

  • Drive net new business by identifying, engaging, and converting high-value Enterprise prospects.
  • Develop strategies to penetrate accounts, build relationships with decision-makers, and create tailored solutions.
  • Exceed pipeline and sales targets through outbound prospecting, networking, and marketing leads.
  • Lead expansion in existing accounts by uncovering use cases and driving upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Deliver presentations and demos communicating value and ROI to prospects and customers.
  • Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success to optimize leads and revenue.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • 5+ years full-cycle ownership for large/complex deals, building consensus with stakeholders.
  • 5+ years Enterprise SaaS sales experience with proven expansion sales track record.
  • Proven success achieving $1M+ annual quota.
  • Ability to execute expansion sales playbook and grow revenue in customer base.
  • No visa sponsorship available for this role.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling productivity or project management SaaS solutions.
  • Success in high-velocity transactional sales cycles.
  • Familiarity with land-and-expand model and multi-stakeholder navigation.
  • Exposure to customer onboarding and success processes.
