TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Engaging users and prospects to provide guidance on the Grafana journey and identifying new business opportunities with an accent on lead generation and pipeline growth. Focus on conducting discovery conversations, utilizing AI for productivity, and partnering with the Sales Team to drive revenue.

Location: Remote (Must be located in NORAM/North America)

Salary: 76,250 CAD - 78,850 CAD OTE

What you will do

  • Manage inbound leads and conduct proactive multi-channel outreach via email, social media, and phone.
  • Perform research and use a detective mindset to craft thoughtful, value-add messaging for target accounts.
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand user needs and align them with Grafana's resources.
  • Utilize Salesforce and Grafana dashboards for lead research and account management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to meet new business opportunity and pipeline targets.
  • Stay updated on technology trends, competitors, and the open-source ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Must be located in NORAM.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication style.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Resourceful and proactive mindset in an evolving environment.
  • Driven by a team-first attitude and extreme ownership.

Nice to have

  • Passion for technology and a curious mindset regarding the open-source industry.
  • Experience in framing professional experiences using the CARR model.
