Senior Sales Engineer

TL;DR

Senior Sales Engineer (SaaS): Acting as technical liaison between sales, product, and customers by managing pilots, demonstrations, and POCs with an accent on consultative selling and solution specifications. Focus on identifying technical needs, delivering presentations, leading RFI/RFP responses, and countering competitors.

Salary: $125k - $140k annually + commission

What you will do

• Understand customer businesses and challenge status quo in partnership with sales team.
• Lead technical engagements, address objections, and drive sales through consultative approach.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals matching client requirements to hirify.global solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of hirify.global products, competitors, and integrations.
• Perform technical assessments and lead RFI, RFP, and security questionnaire responses.
• Travel to customer sites, internal meetings, and conferences as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years Sales Engineering experience with SaaS content collaboration/governance
• Broad knowledge of SaaS, infrastructure, network, authentication, security, collaboration technologies
• Strong presentation and consultative selling skills for technical/non-technical audiences
• Ability to work collaboratively across customer levels up to CIO/CTO/CISO
• Experience with full sales cycle including pre-sales, deployment, success, retention preferred
