What you will do
- Define and execute customer success plans, prioritizing activities like training, onboarding, engagement, and value demonstration.
- Serve as trusted advisor and advocate, managing relationships with key stakeholders including top physicians in prestigious centers.
- Monitor utilization trends, proactively address issues, and enhance AI value in customer workflows.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, sales, product, data, AI) for smooth onboarding and product enhancements.
- Lead customer training sessions for radiologists, physicians, and operations teams to drive adoption.
- Derive insights from analytics data and present compelling value demonstrations through storytelling.
- Initiate and support research initiatives with customers.
Requirements
- Europe based with strong familiarity in German healthcare environment.
- Fluency in German (written and spoken); excellent English communication skills.
- BSc in science, engineering, or quantitative field (MSc preferred).
- 2-3 years in Customer Success, customer-facing analytics, project management, or similar.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, preferably at executive level.
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making; tech-savvy to engage with technical teams.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and thrive in fast-paced startup environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS high-tech/startup with agile mentality.
- Healthcare background, especially German system, clinical workflows, or medical imaging/radiologists.
- Proven track record in designing/delivering customer training programs.
- Data analytics experience.
- Research experience.
