Location: Zürich (Puls 5) Hybrid. You will be based in Switzerland and spend 20–60% of your time visiting customers (primarily in Switzerland) and attending conferences, with potential expansion to the DACH region.

hirify.global is building a next-generation agentic clinical AI assistant that helps clinicians reason across patient data, guidelines, and diagnostics, operating from Zurich and Amsterdam in collaboration with leading hospitals like the Netherlands Cancer Institute.

What you will do

  • Drive commercial growth by translating customer needs into compelling value propositions and successful implementations in Swiss hospitals.
  • Own the full account lifecycle: analysis, stakeholder mapping, relationship management, and long-term development.
  • Lead end-to-end customer engagements, including discovery, proposal support, procurement navigation, and internal coordination for onboarding and rollout.
  • Represent Kaiko at events, conferences, and professional programs to strengthen presence in the hospital ecosystem.
  • Provide structured market feedback to Product, Marketing, and Strategy teams for improved positioning and roadmap.

Requirements

  • Fluency in (Swiss) German and English is mandatory; French is a strong plus.
  • 2-8 years in B2B sales, tech consulting, customer success, solutions consulting, or customer-facing roles in cloud/SaaS, ideally healthcare or regulated environments.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage diverse stakeholders (clinical, IT, procurement, management).
  • Solid technical understanding to grasp and explain concepts clearly.
  • High drive, initiative, structured goal-oriented approach, analytical problem-solving, team-oriented, and resilient.

Nice to have

  • Existing network in Swiss hospital ecosystem.
  • Background in healthcare, paramedical, clinical operations, or health-tech/startup.
  • Practical familiarity with AI.
