TL;DR

What you will do

  • Develop and nurture customer relationships as a trusted advisor, defining compliance programs and executing tasks with Program Support teams.
  • Manage assigned book of business, customer health metrics, performance, and lifetime value to preserve and grow revenue.
  • Lead strategic planning and Executive Business Reviews, aligning solutions to customer challenges and increasing product adoption.
  • Conduct program reviews, analyze results, identify improvements, and collaborate with Professional Services and Product Management.
  • Support Sales in renewal management, coordinate user permissions, and maintain CRM records.
  • Handle special projects, mentor peers, and advocate for client success across internal groups.

Requirements

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German
  • Minimum 3 years in customer success, project management, consulting, or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of consultative customer or project management
  • Solid interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills
  • Solid Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup functions)
  • Intermediate regulatory knowledge, intellectual curiosity, problem-solving, and team collaboration

Nice to have

  • Experience in technology/SaaS or Professional Services
  • Additional languages
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Applications
