TL;DR

Inside Sales Representative: Support end-users, channel partners, and APAC Sales Team by managing existing clients, driving leads management program, and generating software license opportunities with an accent on product licensing consultations, renewals, and sales pipeline accuracy. Focus on prospecting new relationships, up-sell/cross-sell identification, and daily processing of sales queues in Salesforce.

Location: Local candidates only in Taiwan; must provide documentation proving authorization to work in Taiwan. No relocation packages or travel reimbursement for onsite interviews.

What you will do

  • Support end-users, channel partners, and Seagull’s APAC Sales Team.
  • Manage existing clients and drive leads management program.
  • Consult on product licensing options, provide renewal support, and prospect new relationships.
  • Partner with Sales Team on accounts and opportunities; manage Salesforce data accurately.
  • Process sales queues daily, handle inquiries via phone/email/web, and track opportunities through sales stages.
  • Identify up-sell/cross-sell opportunities and participate in bi-weekly pipeline reviews; travel 1-2 times a year for conferences.

Requirements

  • 3+ years Inside Sales experience.
  • Excellent command of Japanese required (JLPT N1 for non-natives); basic to intermediate English for workplace communication.
  • Familiarity with distribution channels, value-added or direct sales.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and order entry software; Windows proficiency.
  • College degree in business, marketing, or equivalent; ability to travel 1-2 times a year.
