TL;DR
Sales Engineer - Taiwan (Cybersecurity): Provide technical sales support, architect security solutions, and lead Proof of Concept engagements for enterprise customers with an accent on IT security technologies like web proxies, malware analysis, and network forensics. Focus on mapping business drivers to solutions, deploying services, and collaborating with sales teams and partners to drive opportunities.
Must be based in Taiwan/Taipei, relocation sponsorship is not available. Overnight travel throughout the region is required.

What you will do
- Articulate benefits of solutions to technical and non-technical audiences, research requirements, and architect tailored solutions.
- Map customer business drivers to Menlo solutions within budget constraints.
- Lead Proof of Concept engagements, including deployment, configuration, training, and issue resolution.
- Provide reporting and feedback on customer accounts to Sales, Product Management, and Engineering.
- Collaborate with regional partners to enable self-sufficiency and drive partner-led opportunities.
- Work with customers to expand implementation and integration of Menlo products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years pre-sales experience in computer networking or security.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Excellent knowledge of IT technologies and security solutions including Web Proxy, Malware Analysis, Network Forensics, Email Security, Incident Response, Sandboxing, Network Engineering, Network Security, Enterprise Architecture, and Virtualization.
- Overnight travel throughout the region required.

- Exceptional communication skills to articulate business and technical value.
- Knowledge of Menlo competitors and their solutions.
- Familiarity with hacking tools, malware families, and evasion techniques.
