What you will do

• Serve as strategic advisor, guiding agencies on campaign strategies to unlock Realize platform potential.
• Review platform data to spot performance patterns, issues, and growth opportunities.
• Guide rollout, setup, targeting, issue resolution, and advanced optimizations.
• Build long-term relationships via check-ins, QBRs, and ROI-tied upsell initiatives.
• Lead training on best practices for audience targeting, scaling, and workflows.
• Create resources like guides and playbooks; partner with product and sales teams on feedback and resolutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or related.
• 5+ years in account management or client success, preferably digital marketing or ad-tech.
• Hands-on digital ad optimization experience with performance mindset.
• Advanced analytical skills and strong Excel proficiency.
• Native or fluent Mandarin and English.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management in fast-paced settings.
